At VANOIR Sydney we are pleased to offer a delivery service to Sydney and metropolitan areas.
Our standard delivery fees are set out on our system and are dependent on the delivery location.
When placing your order please specify the time in which you require your cakes or cupcakes so that we can do our best to deliver your order within the time requested. Please note however that we do not guarantee delivery times.
Premium Delivery Service
We may be able to offer a Premium delivery service depending on the location and time you require your cakes or cupcakes if you are hosting a special celebration. Please contact us to obtain a quote to obtain this service.
Same Day Delivery Service
We understand that there may be instances where you require same day delivery of cakes or cupcakes! Depending on the type of products you are after and when you need it for, we may be able to arrange for same day delivery.
Please call us if you would like to place an urgent same day delivery order and we will do our best to assist you!
All other delivery prices are set out in our “DELIVERY CHECKER”, if you are unable to locate your suburb please contact us.
** NB: We do offer a delivery service on Saturdays however please be advised that deliveries will be limited. We currently do not deliver on Sundays but you are welcome to pick up your orders at our store between 10am and 11am only.
What is the earliest time I can have my cupcakes delivered?
We deliver six days a week. Our weekday earliest four-hour delivery window is 8am to 12pm. Our latest delivery window is 4pm to 6pm. On Saturday, the earliest four-hour delivery window is 10am to 2pm and the latest is 2pm to 4pm.
What is the Order process?
All orders are subject to availability. When you place an order through VANOIR, we will send you an email confirming your order has been received. A team member will review your order. Only after your order has been accepted, it is considered ‘In Progress’. Payment will be taken from your nominated payment method after the order is accepted. You will receive a tax invoice by email as confirmation that payment has been successfully taken.
You have the right to cancel an order at any time before the order is accepted by VANOIR (before payment is taken from your nominated card and the tax invoice is sent). To cancel an order you must contact VANOIR team by email and stating your order number in the subject line.
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it for a full refund. VANOIR reserves the right to determine whether or not a refund will be given for any order cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
VANOIR reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If your order is cancelled we will contact you immediately by either phone, SMS or email to notify you of the order cancellation. VANOIR reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be given for any order cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
If you place a Delivery order and do not answer the door or respond to phone calls, emails or SMS’s within 10 minutes of a delivery driver reaching your nominated delivery address, we reserve the right to leave the property and not refund you for your purchase.
If you place a Collection order and do not show up to pick up your order in-store, or do not respond to phone calls, emails or SMS’s regarding your order, we reserve the right to dispose of your order and not refund you for your purchase.
Please ensure your contact details (delivery address, email and phone number) are correct and updated in ‘client’s contact” as this is how we communicate with you about your order.
